I offer 1:1 somatic bodywork sessions based on the Pantarei Approach and facilitate workshops. I work in Berlin and online. During my sessions I use touch, verbal communication and guided movement. While I guide, we will follow your flow. The ultimate intention of a session is to access new experiences within yourself.
I work on the intersection of bodies, knowledge and liberation. As a bodyworker and facilitator I intend to create spaces of integral learning with and through the BodyMind, backed up by an emancipatory approach. I believe in the power of transmutation, spiralic healing and interconnected well-ness.
